What You'll Do

As a Certified Entrepreneur at What's Cooking, you'll be the bridge between our platform and our talented chef community. You'll help onboard new chefs, support existing ones, and ensure they have everything they need to succeed.

Chef Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with our chef community

Performance Optimization

Help chefs optimize their profiles and increase their bookings

Quality Assurance

Ensure all chefs meet our platform's quality standards

Certified Entrepreneur

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have these qualifications and skills

Experience

2+ years in account management, customer success, or relationship management

Communication

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to build rapport

Food Industry Knowledge

Understanding of the food industry and culinary landscape (preferred)
